DO I HAVE TO PLACE MY ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?

No, orders can be placed on our website order form, or you can call, or you can fax us your request. We accepts money orders, Credit, Debit and Paypal.


WHEN WILL MY POST BE INSTALLED?

If your order is received by 4 p.m. it will be installed the next business day.


HOW DO I KNOW ELITE POSTS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

We will email you a receipt and call you.

CAN I CHOOSE WHERE THE POST SHOULD GO?

The best way to insure we place the post where you desire, is to place a marker. Please us the marker flags provided to you by Elite Posts.

CAN ELITE POSTS PUT MY RIDERS ON THE SIGN?

We will be happy to install your riders on the post/sign. Tell us where they are under "Special Instructions" on the order form.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY RIDERS ONCE THE POST IS REMOVED?

We store all of your signs and riders for future listings at our secure location. You can trust us to keep them in top condition and ensure proper inventory control.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR REINSTALLING A POST?

We guarantee our workmanship and materials from the date the post/sign was installed until removal. We will service the post free of charge within that time period.

CAN WE CANCEL AN ORDER?

We will do our best to contact the installer, but please have a contingency planned in case we cannot reach them. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop them. Explain to the homeowner to keep watch for the installer.
